Organic pastas made with ancient grains that are grown only with living microorganisms, free of chemical substances. The fields cultivated by our partners “Azienda Barbagallo” are the embodiment of regenerative agriculture through the use of natural living microorganisms as the one & only fertiliser.

Availability of this 500gr format of pasta is always subject to harvest of crops and production, which strictly follow the natural clock and therefore might – in some cases – result in some formats or types of pasta not being available. Once you’ve selected the TYPE and FORMAT of pasta we will do our best to match it but please do understand that sometimes it will not be possible. Hence, we kindly ask you to specify under the notes for the order, in the payment section, to mention a “second favourite” which could substitute what you ordered in case of it being OUT-OF-STOCK, if that’s not the case should the pasta you order not being available we’ll match it with the most similar type of pasta we have a available.
