Thanks to our widespread sales network on the Italian national territory, we’re happy to reply to any question related to NAMI anywhere, anytime. After contacting us, you’ll be assigned a qualified personal assistant from our team whom will be your contact details, should you have any additional questions or doubts.

We kindly ask you to include in your message/email (1) a contact number and (2) your address, both crucial information for us to select that collaborator who’s closest and best fit for you.
Once you’ve been assigned one of our direct sales managers, you’ll be able to order your products straight through him. After the first order, you’ll be sent an email with your unique codes to access the ONLINE NAMI PLATFORM, exclusive to customers and sales manager only*. If during the registration, you should encounter any issues with filling in the required personal data (name, surname, address, VAT number etc…), don’t hesitate to contact your personal collaborator that you’ve been assigned.
Thanks to your personal account (credentials will be sent to you as a two factor access, Username & Password), you’ll be able to order any NAMI product, anywhere, anytime, from the comfort of your home with just a single click.

All NAMI products are delivered in all throughout ITALY and, upon request, in some countries in Europe (see if your country qualifies for the shipping at info@namiorganic.com). Once we’ve received the order and confirmation of the payment, products will be shipped in 2-4 days business days to the address listed in your personal account on the NAMI ONLINE PLATFORM. You will also be provided with an email including a tracking link for your shipping.
In some instances, it is possible for our collaborators to meet you and personally give you the products (or you go collect them at the warehouse); for more information about this, make sure to contact your personal collaborator you’ve been assigned.
