Benefits for plants

Have you ever wished to see your green spaces thriving with little work? Ever heard of respecting and helping Nature with… Nature? It’s really not hard to achieve this since all you need to do is let Nature be: let nature be itself! Thanks to NAMI the evolution of Nature can focus on creating a balanced environment lead by a force of cooperation and harmony. NAMI is the closest solution to Nature that we could find!

Using NAMI in Orchards, Gardens and Agriculture will improve the growth cycle of each single plant in several ways:

  1. Increases the number of useful microorganisms (THE LIFE OF THE PLANT) present in the plant which results in an improved number of particles both transforming and transiting minerals from roots to leaves. Thanks to this, we will have (1) healthier, stronger and more balanced plants, (2) not essentially bigger (remember bigger doesn’t mean balanced) but juicier fruits and last but not least (3) leaves featuring a more homogeneous color and stronger stems for a higher efficiency in photosynthesis.

  2. Improves the micro-capillarity of the tissues improving osmosis (movement of water between different tissues)

  3. Encourages a faster decomposition of organica matter, increasing its quality and availability, which leads having less annoying insects around us.

  4. Thanks to its average pH 3.5, it’s classified as a soil improvement agent, which roughly translates into a substance that lowers the average soil pH (normally around or higher than pH 7) to a more optimal pH 5-6 at which soil microorganisms usually thrive.

Once installed, the microorganisms colonies will reproduce NAMI by themselves and overtime will become independent (we will not have to add any more microorganisms). Avoiding the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, we will avoid killing the microorganisms in the soil and after few years the soil will be auto-sufficient; on our part, we will have to provide only some organic matter once in a while as microorganisms food. The great thing about NAMI is that, as you can see, doesn’t just help your outdoor spaces but also the whole ENVIRONMENT, treating it as a single interacting community like it should.

TRANSPLANTING PLANTS: the transplanting process is very stressing for plants; therefore, it is crucial to keep the plant watered with diluted NAMI (ratio 1:10 to water) which will help the roots to deliver around nutrients and water at a faster rate.

DECREASE IN PRESENT OF INSECTS & SMALL ANIMALS:the useful microorganisms in NAMI feed on organic matter hence discouraging the presence/settlement of annoying insects which end up finding no food nor no reason to reproduce there.

How does NAMI help with Agriculture?  (VIDEO ABOVE)

NAMI improves soil fertility. The microorganisms in NAMI are responsible for producing enzymes that mediate the absorption of nutrients (e.g. NO3, PO4, K+) by the roots.

Nutrients are usually absorbed by the root hairs, present on the roots, of a plant but the space in-between soil particles is too small for them to access. Nonetheless, the majority of water and minerals are often found in those micropores, therefore having a widespread network of fungi (microorganisms) is an essential and crucial feature in connecting roots to nutrients.

Terraces, balconies and indoor plants

HOW-TO ? -> Pour NAMI in the watering can, add water (should be at room temperature), then let everything sit in the sun for 10min (the longer the better, even up to 1 day) and lastly water the plants.

SUGGESTED RATIOS -> 1 part NAMI and 20 parts of water (ratio 1:20); e.g. to a 10L water container you’re just gonna need to add 0.5L (500ml) NAMI and then fill it up to with water (should be at room temperature).

HOW OFTEN? -> we suggest doing this process on a monthly basis, starting from April all the way to September, and at least twice to be applied in conjunction with organic fertilizer to achieve a “booster” effect.

Orchards and fruit gardens

HOW-TO ? -> Pour NAMI in the watering can, add water (should be at room temperature), then let everything sit in the sun for 10min (the longer the better, even up to 1 day) and lastly water the plants abundantly.

SUGGESTED RATIOS -> 1 part NAMI and 20 parts of water (ratio 1:20); e.g. to a 10L water container you’re just gonna need to add 0.5L (500ml) NAMI and then fill it up to with water (should be at room temperature).

HOW OFTEN? -> we suggest doing this process on a monthly basis, starting from April all the way to September, and at least twice to be applied in conjunction with organic fertilizer to achieve a “booster” effect and stronger plants/fruits.

Gardens, Parks & Plantations

HOW-TO? ->For small gardens apply the same procedure of terraces but in the event of bigger space, then it’s also possible to add NAMI into the tank or venturi pipe of your drip irrigation system.

WHAT ABOUT TURFS? -> mix 1L of NAMI with 10L of water into a pressure waterpump and then spray on the area.

WHAT ABOUT COMPOSTING? -> Spraying NAMI once a week on the compost will speed up the chemical reactions (higher enzyme count), eliminating bad smells and reducing the time for composto formation by ⅔.

Biodiversity

This is the secret to a perfect and balanced harmony. Even on small areas like orchards and gardens, it is possible to achieve some form of biodiversity by leaving bad weeds and uncultivated patches. By doing so you allow nature to create a more balanced ecosystem, useful to everyone, us first! In an agricultural setting, we suggest to leave a grass buffer zone on the edge of each field (this grass should be cut no more than 3 times per year) and also under plantations/fruit gardens.
